Cookham, Maidenhead and The Lawns Nursery School Federation The children, staff and Governing body are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to strengthen the leadership team across the Federation and drive standards forward in teaching and learning. We are looking for an experienced, imaginative and innovative teacher with a passion for Early Years education that can demonstrate effective leadership and management skills. The successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they have the ability to inspire and motivate a team to ensure that both children and staff achieve their full potential and share our exciting vision for the future of our federation.
