What youll do... Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. Delegate, assist and followup on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks. Delegate, assist and followup on the completion of price changes and feature sets. Delegate, assist and followup on modular completion in assigned area. Delegate and support coverage in required areas on the sales floor as needed, including recovery and zoning activities. Contribute to a safe, clean and hazardfree work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris. Ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage. Train, coach and offer feedback to associates. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
