Overview Were hiring a Head of Growth (D2C) to build and own the full growth engine for a premium adventure travel business. This role is about driving direct bookings, reducing OTA reliance, and designing the customer journey from first discovery first booking repeat adventures. Youll own demand gen, lifecycle, budget, performance, and team building, working directly with the Founder with real autonomy and accountability. Responsibilities Own and scale the end-to-end DTC growth engine, driving direct demand, bookings, and revenue across the full customer lifecycle Build and optimize the conversion funnel from first discovery through repeat purchase, referrals, and long-term customer value Reduce reliance on third-party platforms by making direct booking the primary and preferred channel Lead growth strategy, experimentation, budget allocation, and performance measurement with clear accountability for results Qualifications You''''re the Right Fit If You: Are someone who has built D2C growth in travel, tourism, or experience-based businesses before.
