Regular Day for You Will Include As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the bestinclass service. Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fastpaced environment. Detailoriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed. Gathering loan information. Selling our loan and protection products. Closing loans virtually and in person. Following up pastdue customer accounts. Cash controls including taking payments. Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience and earn our customers trust and loyalty. Musthaves Authorized to work in Canada. Highschool diploma or the equivalent is an asset. Great communication skills. Extra Awesome To Have You have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution. Previous experience working with loan origination software. Postsecondary education in Finance or Business Administration. Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work environment.
