As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a dynamic-duo you are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls.As a Server Assistant, you will:Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your server and guests, youre one step ahead of the game at all times.Create authentic connections in every interaction.
