Job Overview: We''re looking for a Shop Assistant to assist with day-to-day operations in our busy shop. The role involves a variety of general tasks, including assisting customers, managing lesson bookings, and helping with inventory and instrument rentals. It''s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a passion for music. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries. Process sales transactions and handle cash register duties. Schedule and manage music lessons for students. Handle bookings for our music hall. Assist in packing and shipping orders from the warehouse. Help with instrument rental processes, including cleaning and maintenance. Perform general store upkeep and maintain a clean and organized environment. Position Details: Schedule: Part-time. Tuesday to Saturday: Start time TBA, end time is 8:30 PM. Sunday: Full-time shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. What We''re Looking For: Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in Mandarin is a strong asset Strong communication skills and customer service experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
