Role Description As a Medical Injector at Formula Fig, you will deliver safe, personalized aesthetic treatments while creating a calm, welcoming experience for every guest. You are clinically confident, guest-obsessed, and aligned with Figs vision of natural, results-driven care. This role requires evening and weekend availability and may include working across multiple Fig Bar locations. Guest Experience & Clinical Care Welcome and consult with guests to assess goals and treatment plans Perform cosmetic neuromodulator treatments Administer injectable aesthetic treatments independently, as required by location Educate guests on treatments, skincare, and post-care Maintain a calm, clean, and professional treatment environment Required Skills & Experience Medical Doctor (MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Botox, injector, and filler experience British Columbia Requirements Naturopathic Doctor (ND) or Medical Doctor (MD) Botox, injector, and filler experience Ability to inject independently with no medical Director on site Physical & Work Environment Requirements Standing and moving for 46 hours per shift Working in a fast-paced, guest-facing retail-medical environment What Success Looks Like Guests feel confident, cared for, and educated throughout their experience Treatments are delivered safely and independently, where required Clinical documentation is accurate and complete Strong guest relationships lead to repeat visits and referrals You contribute positively to a collaborative and calm Fig Bar environment Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training program Career growth opportunities within a growing company Competitive compensation Facial treatment perks At Formula Fig, our people are at the forefront of our brand every team member makes a meaningful contribution to our growth and culture.
