Position Overview AGAT is hiring an entrylevel Payroll Administrative Coordinator for a fulltime permanent role at our Calgary corporate office. You will report directly to the Payroll Supervisor and support the payroll team with data entry, reporting, filing, and administrative duties. What You Will Be Doing Data entry and input of verified payroll information for new hires and employee status changes. Assist with responding to employee inquiries on payrollrelated issues. Help prepare reports and other payroll documentation. Perform filing and other administrative tasks. What You Bring To The Table High School Diploma. Working toward a PCP designation is strongly preferred. Previous experience in a payroll department is an asset. Experience with ADP products is an asset. Excellent communication skills in English required; French a considerable asset. Computer skills and proficiency with common office software required. Planning, organization, attention to detail, analysis, and decisionmaking skills required.
