For more information,please visit , andfollowalong on ,, and.**Purpose of the job:**Project Execution Lead acts between the Event, Commercial, Social, and Data & Insights MCs and the Microsoft stakeholders. In this role Project Execution Lead plays a key role in receiving full briefings for Marketing Projects, advising stakeholders on MC Program services, processes, SLAs, KPIs and tools, and in co-ordination of the MC delivery. * Support marketer''s business objectives by providing standard marketing measurement and reporting plans* Ensure business leads are uploaded in a timely manner to Marketo when needed* Use reporting provided by Marketing Services teams to provide specific views/information to stakeholders* Regularly review Marketing Services performance dashboards to understand campaigns performance and lead stage conversions with increased focused on Marketing outcomes and business results.* Look across multiple marketing activities to find patterns, best practices and alignment/efficiencies* Support marketing governance, requests, reviews performance of locally created emails using provided dashboards.- Ensure measurement plans reflect reporting requirements provided by marketers* Focus ondeployment of standard marketing projects; also able to support local non-standard marketing campaigns* Act as ambassador on global commercial marketing tools & services* Educatelocal stakeholders on modern marketing services and tool capabilities* Attend Modern Marketing Meet-Ups to ensure up to date knowledge* Bring MC Program discipline expertise into campaigns planning and execution when requested or needed**Required skills & competencies:*** High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e. g. personal data protection or brand guidelines* Proven project management skills & experience, readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress and meet critical deadlines* Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams* Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in structured way* Comfort in dealing with senior client''s and third-party stakeholders* Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks* A strong team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners* Strong in problem solving skills and orientation to detail* Fluent English is essential- Ideally 2+ years experience in executing marketing-related B2B events- Also 2+ years experience in client-facing project and/or account management role**Description du poste :****Responsabilits :*** Soutenir les gens du marketing dans le dveloppement dun plan marketing de gnration de demandes ralisable (gnration de demandes) avec une gnration de demandes automatise.* Comprendre la gouvernance locale et mondiale pour la planification, la mise en place et la mesure des activits marketing de gnration de demandes.* Conseiller les intervenants au sujet des processus dexcution globaux, des conventions de service, des IRC, des outils et des services du programme MC.* Comprendre les critres et les options de ciblage au sujet des priorits marketing locales, notamment travailler avec des listes prdfinies.* Sassurer que les leons apprises et les expriences sont documentes et incluses dans la planification et lexcution du marketing commercial toujours en cours.- Agir titre dunique point de contact pour lexcution des projets marketing de Microsoft ainsi que pour les activits dexploitation du marketing commercial qui comprennent plusieurs disciplines du programme MC.* Soutenir les objectifs commerciaux de lquipe marketing en fournissant des plans standard de mesure et de rapport.* Sassurer que les occasions potentielles sont tlverses rapidement dansMarketo lorsque cest ncessaire.* Passer rgulirement en revue les tableaux de bord de performance des services marketing pour comprendre la performance de la campagne et mener des conversions avec un accent accru sur les rsultats marketing et commerciaux.* Dterminer des tendances, des pratiques exemplaires et des alignements/amliorations lchelle de plusieurs activits marketing.* Soutenir la gouvernance marketing, les demandes et les rvisions de performance des courriels crs localement laide des tableaux de bord fournis.- Sassurer que les plans de mesure refltent les exigences en matire de rapport fournies par lquipe marketing.- Utiliser les rapports fournis par les services marketing pour donner des perspectives et de linformation pertinentes aux intervenants.**Comptences requises :*** Fort niveau de conformit aux rgles et aux processus de lentreprise(protection des donnes personnelles ou directives de la marque).* Comptence avec les outils et les logiciels Microsoft :Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams* Aisance traiter avec les clients importants et les intervenants de tierces parties.* Fortes aptitudes pour la rsolution de problmes et attention aux dtails.* Anglais courant essentiel- Deux ans ou plus dexprience dans lexcution dvnements marketing B2B.- Deux ans ou plus dexprience dans les projets sadressant la clientle ou un rle de gestion de compte.- Feuille de route et exprience prouves pour la gestion de projets et volont dtre responsable de ses propres IRC, de faire le suivi des progrs et de respecter des chances fermes.- Capacit grer plusieurs vnements et activits la fois ainsi qu prioriser les tches urgentes ou importantes.- Excellentes comptences pour le travail dquipe avec la capacit dtablir des relations de travail avec des partenaires internes et externes issus de plusieurs cultures.The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between the values at the bottom of this posting.
