Your unique perspective, transferable skills, and lived experience may be exactly what were looking for. Responsibilities Coach and motivate the Warehouse team. Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory and order picking using our Inventory System. Oversee the distribution of product throughout the building. Ensure prompt and friendly service to internal customers with a do what it takes approach. Resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively. Assist the Food & Beverage team in the smooth running of events. Administer and maintain stock control. Carry out the administrative functions pertaining to daily operations, hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, counseling and discipline, posting of invoices, transfers, and weekly inventories. Ensure compliance with all related regulations, such as those pertaining to Health & Safety and AGCO. Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies. Lead by example in team management and development, utilizing a one team approach; ensure departmental professionalism and winning vision are intact. Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested. Qualifications Previous Supervisory experience in a unionized and/or warehouse environment is preferred. Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Intermediate to advanced skills using Excel, Word, and Inventory Control Software. Trained in W.H.M.I.S., Smart Serve, and ServSafe, NFSTP or equivalent. Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Ability to communicate, motivate, and lead effectively. A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands. An ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction. Must be able to lift large 25-50lb items consistently throughout an 8hour shift. Must be able to stand and walk for a prolonged period of time during a shift. Must be able to work in various work conditions, dealing with extreme heat or cold, indoors and outdoors.
