About the Role As a Technical Services Representative (TSR) Chassis , you will provide technical expertise and on-site support related to chassis systems, diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure equipment performance, reliability, and compliance with contractual and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for chassis systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective actions Support maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities on armored or heavy vehicle platforms Analyze technical issues and recommend practical, compliant solutions Support field activities, inspections, and acceptance processes as required Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and feedback Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues efficiently Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Participate in training, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer initiatives What You Bring (Required) Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with complex mechanical systems (e.g., heavy equipment, military vehicles, automotive, industrial machinery) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and procedures Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Willingness to travel occasionally and work in field environments when required Preferred (Not Required) Experience with Leopard 2 platforms or other armored / tracked vehicles Military technical background (CAF or allied forces) Experience working with OEMs, defense contractors, or regulated technical environments Familiarity with maintenance documentation systems and technical reporting Note: Candidates without Leopard 2s experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
