What You''ll Do Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensures that picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.). Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and service, including supporting issues to resolution. Maintains strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, keeps a clean work area, promptly cleans up spills/debris, and ensures totes are clean before packing; operates material handling equipment safely and completes safety checks before use; supports the organizations mission and core values. Participates in continuous improvement by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity standards, safety, and quality; demonstrates flexibility in completing work as needed to meet daily delivery schedules. Compensation The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
