Requirements Responsibilities: Product Data Management & Quality Update and maintain SKU records, pricing, and product data across multiple stores. Assist with bulk product uploads and ensure data consistency across platforms. Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, gaps, or errors. Resolve tickets and issues related to product data, coordinating with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Contribute to improving data accuracy, product completeness, and operational efficiency metrics. Data & Analytics Support Assist in preparing datasets and reports for e-commerce and marketing analysis, including data cleanup, formatting, and validation. Validate tracking-related inputs such as product attributes, categories, and tags to ensure reporting accuracy. QA, UX & Launch Readiness Support QA for promotions, pricing rules, and merchandising updates prior to launch. Perform QA checks on the website and products, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist with product feed readiness by ensuring required attributes are complete and properly formatted. Proactively flag feed-related or tracking issues to the E-commerce Analyst or Specialist. Conduct basic UX checks, including broken links, incorrect content, and mobile vs. desktop consistency. Assist with A/B test setup tasks (content swaps, variant setup, and QA), when applicable. Support category content updates and maintain internal linking consistency. Process Improvement & Documentation Assist with testing and documenting improvements to workflows, templates, and bulk update processes. Maintain clear documentation for recurring tasks and seasonal workflows. Collaboration & Communication Maintain task updates and status tracking in project management tools. Collaborate with team members on product data updates, audits, and ongoing projects. Proactively flag risks, blockers, or inconsistencies, providing clear context and suggested next steps. Participate in team meetings, offering operational support and execution-focused insights. Take the lead on documenting and improving standard operating procedures, contributing to a more efficient and scalable workflow. Must-Have: Strong attention to detail and responsiveness. Prior experience in large-scale product data management or a similar role. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query is a plus). Experience with E-commerce platforms such as BigCommerce or similar. Ability to independently set, monitor, and meet deadlines. Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple overlapping projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new responsibilities. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a changing environment. Enthusiasm for learning new tools and optimizing workflows. Comfortable asking questions, digging into problems, and proposing better ways to do things. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, including Trello, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive. Comfortable with tech tools and basic data management tasks. Additional experience with task management, project management, or database software. Comfort working with structured data, QA checklists, and process documentation.
