WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES Understand Crew, leader and organizational needs related to time and schedules, and provide expertise and support for needs. Directly support leaders and Crew to most effectively allocate, schedule and utilize one of our most important resources Analyze scheduling patterns and recommend optimization options to improve coverage, reduce costs, and enhance time utilization. Ensure adherence to employment standards, collective agreements, and averaging schedules for unionized environments. Monitor hours worked to support accurate utilization time, for example daily hours, use of overtime, and time away from work. Utilize workforce management and scheduling software (e.g., Dayforce) to manage data and workflows. Partner with People Systems & Analytics to ensure data integrity between HRIS, payroll, and scheduling platforms. Provide administrative support to our payroll team when necessary. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING You''ll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don''t worry we''ll help you through this For more details, check out: RAIC ProgramandApplication Information Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Data anaylitics or related field, or demonstrated deep operational education/experience in managing schedules or payroll. 35 years of experience in scheduling, time and attendance administration and payroll, preference in a complex 24/7 and unionized environment. Experience partnering with business units to provide actionable data, optimize time needs for people and organizations, and help ensure overall health of time administration systems Proficiency in payroll and scheduling systems (Dayforce preferred) Advanced Excel skills. The proven ability to manage competing priorities.
