Midland Transport is currently seeking a full-time Financial Systems Specialist based out of Head Office in Dieppe, NB. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a ''Can Do'' attitude. Reporting to the Director, Finance Systems & Process, the Financial Systems Specialist will be a key member of our Finance team, supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and managing optimization initiatives to improve efficiency. This role will work closely with Midland''s Transformation team to drive innovative, enterprise wide improvements. The Financial Systems Specialist will play a hands on role in shaping modern processes, elevating system capabilities, and accelerating change. We are looking for a strong process oriented candidate who can work cross functionally to build, support, and optimize standardized processes, leveraging their understanding of how finance systems, processes, and transactions operate across departments to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
