What You''ll Do Day-To-Day Acts as the single point of contact for scheduling dates for all training activities. Coordinates instructor assignments. Sets up facilities and materials required for training. Coordinates and notifies participants and instructors of travel arrangements when needed Proctors and administers testing. Provides computer support for training activities. Performs data entry of all training and qualification. Assists with training audits. Plays an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules. What You''ll Bring High School diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required. Knowledge of onboarding processes and systems. Ability to schedule, track, and manage internal and external training sessions for staff across various departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadline. Perform accuracy in data entry, training assignments, and documentation. Competence in using learning management systems (LMS). Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment. Total Rewards Package Salary: $59,000- $77,000 per year andmay also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
