I am looking formotivational Support Workers to provide me with choices and assist me with daily living tasks. I enjoy discussing motor bikes and planes. Once a week I love to attend the local pub to have lunch with my friends. I am looking for kind, reliable, and values-driven Support Workers who will help me to live a great life and achieve my NDIS goals. The Role I am looking for someone who can support me 1:1 throughout the day in a way that is respectful, patient and person centred I need assistance with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, household duties and gardening I have a speech impairment so I need someone who is patient and willing to take the time to engage in conversation with me I value support workers who are resilient, reliable and able to work independently Compassion and understanding are important to me in the way support is provided I want someone who is committed to helping me live well and make a positive difference in my day to day life. This is a meaningful opportunity to join my dedicated team of Support Workers who assist me 1:1 throughout the day. You will be part of a supportive environment where your contribution truly matters. Key responsibilities: Provide respectful, person centred support that upholds dignity and independence Deliver personal care in a way that is empathic, safe and professional Apply specialised support skills to enhance wellbeing and daily living Communicate openly and respectfully with family to build strong, trusting relationships Contribute to a positive, safe and well maintained home environment Support healthy living through collaborative meal preparation Engage in person centred active support to promote choice, control and skill development. Maintain accurate professional records that reflect accountability and integrity Use proactive, meaningful conversations to support confidence and skill development I am looking for someone to support me on a casual basis with the potential to join the team permanentpart time in the future.The shifts would look like below: Monday to Friday - hours between 0800 2100 Saturday hours between About you: I am looking for a proactive person to join my team. A good match for me would be someone who has an efficient and confident approach in what they do and possesses a calm and patient nature. I am looking for a person who is understanding of my situation and has a high level of compassion. What You''ll Need to Thrive in This Role: NDIS Worker Screening Current Driver''s Licence and use of private car Current First Aid Certificate + CPR Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or other relevant qualification Medication administration Two referees inclusive or your current direct supervisor The Offer You will receive full training from CLO, including buddy shifts with my core team to help you feel confident and supported.
