Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton. The Program Advisor, Asia-Pacific Programs, coordinates the day-to-day operational delivery of the Alberta School of Business China Programs administered by the MBA Programs Office, including the MBA and Master of Financial Management (MFM) programs in Shenzhen and Shanghai. The China Programs collectively serve approximately 300 students across multiple cohorts, with around 180 new students admitted annually. This role works Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to support partner communications in China during non-traditional MDT/MST business hours, and occasionally on weekends. The position requires strong judgement, attention to detail, and a consistently high standard of service. The Program Advisor works closely with China-based agents and institutional partners to ensure program delivery is accurate, responsive, and aligned with University policies. Program requirements may vary by cohort, and the successful candidate must anticipate operational needs and adapt processes to maintain a seamless student and partner experience.
