As we continue to expand, we have an exciting new position for an Account Manager to help drive our growth. The Role We are looking for a proactive, detailed, and client-focused Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact and internal advocate, managing projects and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships. You will be responsible for managing the intake of prospective clients, supporting them through early discovery and onboarding. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, product development, engineering, procurement and production to deliver seamless client experiences and support our business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage new client intake, conduct needs assessments, and provide accurate product quotations. Lead client onboarding and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships while ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and support smooth project execution. Support sales and marketing initiatives, including proposals, presentations, and process improvements. Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports, and participate in strategic planning sessions. About You: Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, sales support, marketing, or client services. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
