As a LifePractitioner, youll play a vital role in supporting adults with severelearning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives.Your role will include; Support with day-to-dayliving and personal goals. Accompany individuals oncommunity activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments. Build positive, respectfulrelationships that promote dignity and wellbeing. Work closely with colleaguesto safeguard and empower the people we support.
