The Personnel Recruiter is an 18month fixedterm contract responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates for possible employment in rigbased roles. The Personnel Recruiter screens, interviews, and completes reference checks on candidates to ensure suitability. Day In The Life Responding to all incoming employmentrelated calls and candidate inquiries Maintaining and updating recruitment databases, tracking systems, and personnel data Scheduling preoffer drug tests, physicals, and other preemployment requirements Processing newhire paperwork and coordinating with various departments as needed Supporting additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned What We Need From You High school diploma with experience in administration, customer service, or data entry is considered an asset Background in oilfield operations, recruitment, or public speaking is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with SuccessFactors is an asset Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively Take your career to new heights with Precision Drillingwhere innovation, safety, and opportunity drive successapply now to be part of a leading energy services team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
