Role Description If youre a counsellor who loves your clinical work but feels isolated in your own practice or tired of systems that dont quite fit you as a therapist, Allius Counselling Services may be worth a conversation. We are a well-established, relationally oriented counselling clinic, and were inviting experienced clinicians, couple and family therapists, or those who are interested in learning to work with kids and families to join our team as an Associate. Who This Role Is For This role may be a good fit if you: Are a RCC, CCC, or MSW (Clinical) who must be able to register under the new regulatory body (2026) College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) Value clarity, professionalism, and respectful collaboration Want a clinic relationship that feels modern, ethical, and sustainable Are able to maintain a modest, clearly defined level of clinical availability Experience with children, families, trauma, parenting, couples or complex family systems is welcomed but not required. Part-Time or Full-Time Options We offer both part-time (2 days+) and full-time Associate arrangements. Minimum commitments are outlined clearly in the Associate agreement and are designed to support mutual sustainability, not overwork.
