Company Description Allius Counselling and Family Therapy is committed to providing comprehensive mental health and wellness services to children, teens, adults, and families. Our team offers counselling, mediation, and family court-supported services, as well as innovative approaches such as parent coaching, co-parent coaching, and creative therapeutic interventions. We specialize in strengthening relationships, enhancing parent-child attachments, and addressing challenges within blended families and complex parenting dynamics. Our counsellors utilize recognized psychotherapy methods, including ACT, Mindful Self-Compassion, Gottman Couples Method, and Family Systems Therapy, to tailor the best possible care for our diverse clientele. Role Description If youre a counsellor who loves your clinical work but feels isolated in your own practice or tired of systems that dont quite fit you as a therapist, Allius Counselling Services may be worth a conversation. We are a well-established, relationally oriented counselling clinic, and were inviting experienced clinicians, couple and family therapists, or those who are interested in learning to work with kids and families to join our team as an Associate. What the Clinic Provides Referrals as they are available Furnished, professional office spaces Administrative, case management and billing support Successful marketing and online presence A collegial clinical environment with regular opportunities for consultation Supervision available with a BCACC approved supervisor and registered play therapist supervisor for professionals seeking qualifying hours Associates retain 70% of collected fees, with a clearly defined monthly clinic contribution that supports shared overhead and services that comes into effect after 90 days. Non-competing employment or contract work is supported. Who This Role Is For This role may be a good fit if you: Are a RCC, CCC, or MSW (Clinical) who must be able to register under the new regulatory body (2026) College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) Value clarity, professionalism, and respectful collaboration Want a clinic relationship that feels modern, ethical, and sustainable Are able to maintain a modest, clearly defined level of clinical availability Experience with children, families, trauma, parenting, couples or complex family systems is welcomed but not required. Part-Time or Full-Time Options We offer both part-time (2 days+) and full-time Associate arrangements. Minimum commitments are outlined clearly in the Associate agreement and are designed to support mutual sustainability, not overwork.
