Your Impact The Cloud Network Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, and integrity of the organizations cloud and hybrid network infrastructure. This role emphasizes audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and vulnerability management, while also supporting cloud connectivity and performance optimization. What The Role Offers Audit & Compliance: Maintain network and cloud documentation to meet internal and external audit requirements. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX) and corporate security policies. Prepare and present compliance reports for audits and management reviews. Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability scans and assessments across cloud and on-prem network devices. Collaborate with security teams to remediate identified risks promptly. Implement best practices for patch management and configuration hardening. Cloud & Network Security: Monitor cloud and network environments for security breaches, anomalies, and compliance violations. Manage firewall rules, VPN configurations, and access controls. Support incident response and forensic analysis when required. Operational Support: Maintain high availability and performance of LAN/WAN, wireless, and cloud connectivity. Troubleshoot complex network and cloud issues and provide escalation support. Assist in capacity planning and network architecture improvements. What You Need To Succeed Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 5+ years in network and cloud administration with a strong focus on security and compliance. Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys). Familiarity with audit frameworks and regulatory standards. Certifications: Preferred: CCNP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent. Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking or Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer are a plus. Skills: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking. Proficiency in network monitoring and security tools. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Preferred Attributes Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk mitigation. Ability to work cross-functionally with security, compliance, and IT teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation & Salary Compensation: OpenText offers a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being. As you move through the hiring process, were happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off. Salary Range: $60,000 - $91,000; Depending on the candidates education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
