Role Title SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CO-OP Department NSUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Reports To MANAGER, PLANNING & PROCUREMENT Hours 8:00 -16:30 This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain activities including warehousing, logistics, planning, scheduling, material flow, and efficiency initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the planning and warehouse teams, and touch points with both the procurement, and some cross functional teams to contribute meaningful improvements and gain practical industry experience. Responsibilities Assist in developing KPIs and dashboards related to warehouse performance (accuracy, throughput, space utilization, etc.). Assist the demand planning team with data collection, cleansing, and forecast generation. Analyze historical demand patterns, seasonality, and performance against forecasts. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to support material availability and schedule adherence. Participate in daily or weekly operations meetings and contribute data-driven insights. Assist with documentation creation and updates (SOPs, work instructions, process maps, training materials). Education and Experience Current student pursuing a post-secondary program in Supply Chain Management. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup/index match, basic formulas). Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is considered an asset. Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decisions. Basic knowledge of forecasting principles and inventory management concepts. Power BI knowledge and capability to create dashboards is an asset. Required Competencies/Abilities High attention to detail and accuracy. Problem solving and critical thinking mindset. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Good verbal and written communication skills.
