Division: Corus Radio - Calgary Work Status: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Location: Calgary, Alberta (Remote) About the Role: Corus Radio Calgary has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position as a Traffic Coordinator in out of the Calgary office. Reporting to the Traffic Manager, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the Traffic team. Youll be working on things like: Inputing data entries of traffic orders within our traffic software Assemble and edit commercial logs Assist with filing system Communicate and assist our sales department with inventory inquiries. Verify contract confirmations Run and Print reports Assist on-air with commercial traffic inquiries Skills and experience you will bring: Prior experience in a radio traffic or broadcasting operational role is preferred Previous Traffic or WideOrbit Software experience would be an asset Strong attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines Microsoft office computer skills including Excel Must be pro-active, ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task with solid organizational skills. A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach that enables the successful candidate to deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity.
