Who You Are You have worked in a Health Care setting for a minimum of 3 years and hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field. You have experience in managing in a unionized environment in addition to planning, coordination, facilitation, and team building. What You Will Do The Health Records / Registration Manager is responsible for coordinating, overseeing and reporting on support functions related to Health Records and Admitting. Monitor productivity and provide day-to-day oversight and support Develop staff work schedules Develop, implement and/or monitor policies and procedures Initiate quality improvement processes Conduct performance appraisal Manage budgets Assist with hiring and training of new staff Interested?
