TN Visa Opportunity: School Nurse in the U.S. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join one of our partner schools in the U.S. under the TN (Trade NAFTA) Visa category. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for providing essential healthcare services to students and staff. Your Daily Duties will Include: Managing student health records and administering prescribed medications. Addressing immediate medical needs, injuries, and health-related emergencies. Developing and implementing health and wellness programs. Conducting health screenings and maintaining a safe school environment. Collaborating with students, parents, and school staff to support student wellbeing. Requirements for TN Visa Qualification (Canadian Citizens) To be considered for this sponsored Registered Nurse position, you must meet the following requirements for the TN Professional Visa under the United States-Canada Agreement (USMCA): Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Canada. Permanent residents of either country are not eligible. Education and Licensing: Must possess one of the following: A State or Provincial Registered Nurse license in your home country. U.S. Licensing: Must have passed the NCLEX-RN exam and obtained, or be eligible for, a U.S. state nursing license in the state of employment. A temporary state license or other temporary authorization may be acceptable for the TN application process, but a full state license is required to practice. Health Care Worker Certificate: Must obtain a VisaScreen Certificate from CGFNS International or an approved equivalent. This verifies your education, license, and English proficiency meet U.S. standards and is required for all Registered Nurses educated outside of the U.S. Note: The TN visa is a temporary, nonimmigrant visa. You must demonstrate that your intent is to work temporarily in the U.S. and return to your foreign residence upon the conclusion of your authorized stay.
