Overview A Snapshot of Your Day. As Service Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate site activities for Siemens Energy wind farms, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements. You will manage documentation, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. We seek candidates with solid wind power industry expertise, strong leadership skills, and a drive for exceptional project outcomes. How Youll Make An Impact Ensure safety at all times and complete periodical inspections through the applicable reporting systems. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications. Plan, organize and manage wind farms budget for each fiscal year. Work in collaboration with site planners, leads and service portfolio manager to provide on time delivery for preventive maintenance, retrofit implementation, resource allocation, contractual availability and critical milestones to the project. Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution. Ensure an effective and compliant tooling calibration and warehouse management. Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks. Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team and encouraging productivity. Manage and resolve possible issues or ongoing disputes, implementing appropriate solutions and necessary escalation. Implement and achieve consistent quality standards and project expectations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, progress reports, change orders and as-built drawings. Comprehensive knowledge of the contract to collaborate closely with clients and supporting functions to address project requirements to improve overall profitability and compliance. What You Bring Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. In-depth knowledge of service operations processes and plan, safety regulations and quality standards Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools and other relevant applications. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse project team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address challenges and make sound judgments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. About The Team Our team consists of diverse and highly skilled Wind Turbine Technicians dedicated to supporting Buffalo Atlees 13 turbines and Wild Rose IIs 38 turbines. We operate under a 20-year Service Maintenance Agreement, ensuring long-term reliability and performance for both sites. While supporting the direct interface with the customer, the team handles preventive and corrective maintenance to the wind farm. Travailler en collaboration avec les planificateurs du site, les responsables et le gestionnaire de gamme de services afin dassurer une livraison dans les dlais prvus en ce qui concerne les entretiens prventifs, la mise en uvre de la modernisation, laffectation des ressources, la disponibilit des engagements contractuels et les jalons essentiels du projet. Superviser et coordonner toutes les activits sur le site, y compris lapprovisionnement en matriel, la gestion des sous-traitants et laffectation de la main-duvre afin dassurer une excution efficace. Assurer une gestion efficace et conforme de ltalonnage de loutillage et de lentrept. Faire le suivi des budgets et des rsultats financiers des projets, et reprer et grer tout cart ou risque. Favoriser un environnement de travail positif en faisant preuve de leadership, en fournissant des conseils et du soutien lquipe et en stimulant la productivit. Grer et rsoudre les problmes potentiels ou les conflits en cours en mettant en uvre des solutions appropries et les processus de recours hirarchiques ncessaires. tablir des normes de qualit et des attentes lies aux projets cohrentes, et y rpondre.
