Complete and Enter new clients, updates, etc. into software. Receive and follow-up on client concerns, changes in conditions, etc. Updating and changing staff schedules when required. Support Clients and Employees via telephone, email and on site when required. Provide on-call clinical support for medical emergencies. Support nurses in the field and perform nursing-related tasks.
