About The Role Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will be to oversee our Canadian distribution centers and the teams that support them. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a multisite environment, builds strong crossfunctional relationships, and drives operational excellence through people development, safety, process discipline, and cost optimization. As a key member of the Operations leadership team, you will champion continuous improvement, ensure compliance with regulatory and foodsafety standards, and elevate the performance and consistency of our warehouse operations across the country. Periodic travel to other Canadian sites to support business needs. The position is for an open vacancy. The Successful Applicant Will Lead and develop warehouse teams across Canada; manage performance, training, hiring, and UKG workflows. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Drive GFSI certification for select Canadian distribution centers and maintain ongoing compliance. Partner with Finance to analyze warehousing, logistics, and facilities costs; set savings targets and support annual budgeting. Oversee OHSA compliance, safety improvements, and related project spend. Identify and implement process improvements and share best practices across sites. We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes: Degree or diploma in Operations Management, Business Management, or related field. Additional certifications in leadership, H&S, or operational efficiency are an asset 510+ years in multi-site distribution operations. Senior leadership experience required. Experience in glass, plastic, or medical packaging is an asset. Strong analytical and technical abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Insight Works WMS (asset). Excellent communication, problem solving, organization, and relationship building skills. Ability to lead in a fast paced, multi-site environment with minimal supervision.
