Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities by performing manual labor tasks Operate basic tools and machinery safely and effectively Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors Experience Prior experience in manual labor, construction, or industrial settings is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies No prior experience necessary; training will be provided for specific tasks and equipment operation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
