SyBridge Technologies is seeking a talented Boring Mill Operator to join our dynamic Delduca team From design to production, we utilize cutting-edge digital technologies to help our clients achieve their product development goals. You will be responsible for programming and operating a CNC machine to build tools using 3D models. As a Boring Mill Operator you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality is a priority each and every time, while also achieving deadlines, adhering to health and safety requirements, and customer satisfaction. For more information, please visit us at Responsibilities Import, manipulate, and process 3D models. Run preprogrammed machine, sharpen drills & check tolerance Use tools and machinery provided; program, setup and operate the CNC machine using Lemoine software. Machine 2D features mold plates, components, cores and cavities Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments/probe to ensure first time quality. Complete checklists and report deviations from specified tolerances Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using provided paper and/or electronic logs Assist in the repair of machine tools and parts, as needed Maintain safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations Maintain the equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer''s instructions, initiating repair work orders, etc. Participate in required meetings and training, as requested Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required Three (2) years of related experience operating CNC, boring mill and gun drill Three (2) years experience programming CNC machines Three (2+) years of Lemoine software experience is essential Ability to perform under pressure and work independently Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required Ability to ensure quality standards are met Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills Proficient in time management and communication skills Ability to work swing shift What We Offer Competitive salary with opportunities for paid overtime Comprehensive benefits package effective from day one Pension plan (after 1 year) Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills Our commitment to your personal and professional growth Membership & Professional Fee Program Education reimbursement to support your ongoing learning Join our team today and become an integral part of a company that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
