What You''ll Do Safely operate your Class 1 tractor with our trailer combination on long-haul/highway routes. Manage deliveries across Western Canada with adherence to schedule and company standards. Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and enroute safety inspections of the vehicle/trailer. Maintain accurate electronic logs in compliance with regulatory and company policies. Communicate with dispatch, maintenance, and customers as needed. Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial driving laws and regulations, safety regulations, and company policies. What We''re Looking For Valid Class 1 driver''s license. Truck should not be older than 6 years (2020) Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable Canadian highway / long-haul driving experience, preference given to BC mountain driving. Clean driver''s abstract (max 4 demerits or less), a clean criminal record. No impaired driving charges within the last 5 years. Experience with electronic logs and regulatory compliance. Strong commitment to safety. Physical ability to load, unload, inspect equipment, and handle cargo up to ~7075 lbs as required. Good communication skills, reliable, punctual and understand and follow all federal hours of service regulations. What We Offer Competitive compensation: hourly and per-mile pay ($1.55 per mile).
