This role is ideal if you want: End-to-end project exposure Direct mentorship from experienced partners Real involvement in client, cost, and project decisions A clear path toward senior consulting or leadership roles What you''ll do: Design of building mechanical systems including HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Building Automation Field surveying to review existing building systems Production of engineering load calculations, equipment sizing and selection Production of engineered drawings, details and schematics Preparation of technical reports and specifications Coordination with other disciplines Contract administration including field inspections Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering P.Eng. is a must or in process Senior level experience in building mechanical systems (plumbing & drainage, HVAC, fire protection) design Minimum 6 years experience in relevant field Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks while working on multiple assignments Valid driver''s license and owned vehicle Why join us Competitive compensation Flexible, supportive environment Hands-on mentorship and training Casual environment Meaningful, sustainability-focused work Long-term growth opportunities If you are a motivated Mechanical Engineer with a passion for building systems, we would love to hear back from you Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress Company events Dental care Extended health care Flexible schedule On-site parking Paid time off Experience: local experience in leading projects in HVAC, plumbing field: 5 years (required) Licence/Certification: P.Eng. licence (required) G drivers license and registered vehicle (required) Work Location: In person
