Job Summary Hello from Salish Cleaning solutions. We are a small family based business that is looking to hire someone to help grow our company. The hours for this job are Saturday 4:30 AM to 7:00-7:30 Sunday 4:30 AM to 7:00-7:30 Could be extra week day shifts, can discuss in interview process. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent time management, organizational skills, and a friendly attitude to provide exceptional service to our clients. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens for airbnb units Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments Communicate with clients professionally to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences Maintain a high level of organization in all cleaning activities Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with each visit Qualifications Proficiency in English Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality preferred but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management abilities Valid drivers license Ability to work independently with minimal supervision This position offers an opportunity to be part of a professional team committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services.
