SMD Building Maintenance Ltd. is a well-established janitorial and maintenance firm in Vancouver that is taking care mostly of hi-end Strata buildings throughout the Lower Mainland. We are currently looking for a Weekday & Weekend Cleaner to clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our building, and the surrounding grounds. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Building Manager, you will be responsible for cleaning common area of the building as directed (includes but is not limited to: wet/dry moping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, kitchen, gym, lounge room, pool, vacuuming, glass doors and windows cleaning; operate housekeeping equipment in a correct and safe manner; maintain and restock restrooms supplies and trash can liners; understand proper and safe use of cleaning chemicals; picking up litters around the building and throughout parking area. Candidates will be asked to agree to a Criminal Records Check.
