Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to inspire and educate students in a dynamic learning environment. Duties Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in subjects such as Math, with an emphasis on effective teaching strategies. Create and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom participation. Provide tutoring and additional support to students who need extra help. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary activities and school programs. Incorporate laboratory experiences when applicable to enhance hands-on learning. Support students with special education needs by adapting teaching methods accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational best practices. Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field; teaching certification preferred. Prior classroom experience working with high school students is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Math curriculum and effective teaching methodologies. Experience or familiarity with special education strategies is a plus. Laboratory experience relevant to science subjects is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Ability to tutor students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts. Passion for education and commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
