We''re hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Hydroseed Crew Members for the summer season. You''ll support our hydroseeding crew in establishing new lawns and erosion control, using hydroseed for residential and commercial sites across the Greater Ottawa Region. No prior experience needed, just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for outdoor work. This is an excellent chance to learn specialized skills, earn good money, and help create lush, green landscapes Key Responsibilities: Assist with hydroseeding tasks, including mixing hydroseed slurry (seed, mulch, fertilizer, etc.), loading equipment, and operating/supporting application machinery. Help prepare sites: grading soil, clearing debris, and ensuring proper surface conditions for seeding. Support loading/unloading of materials, tools, hoses, and equipment at job sites. Maintain safe, clean work areas and perform basic equipment upkeep with guidance. Follow crew leader instructions and safety guidelines for efficient, high-quality applications. Assist with site cleanup and project wrap-up. What We''re Looking For: Available full-time from May to Winter 2026 (MondayFriday, occasional weekends). Physically capable of manual labour: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, working outdoors in all weather. Enthusiastic, reliable, and open to learning hydroseed processes hands-on. Team player who takes direction well and contributes positively. Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation are a plus. Legally eligible to work in Canada. Why Work With Us?
