Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and transaction details Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Analyze customer feedback and issues to recommend improvements in service delivery Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively Assist in resolving complex customer concerns by applying analysis skills and problem-solving techniques Qualifications Proven experience in customer service roles with strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in data entry, analysis skills, sales, and upselling techniques Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Knowledge of customer service best practices and the ability to adapt communication style as needed Previous experience with multilingual customer support is a plus This position is integral to delivering outstanding service that aligns with our company''s commitment to excellence.
