Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Coordinator to join our supply chain team. This role is vital in managing inventory levels, optimizing warehouse distribution, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The Inventory Coordinator will work closely with procurement, merchandising, and warehouse teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support overall business operations. Responsibilities Transfer Control Officer Receive and review POS documents related to transfers Process and control transfer requests in accordance with company policies Verify accuracy, completeness, and authorization of transfer paperwork Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping for all transfer transactions Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements Coordinate with relevant departments to complete and track transfers Identify discrepancies, follow up on missing documents, and resolve issues Prepare reports related to transfer activities and documentation status Support audits by providing required transfer records and files Requirements Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or warehouse distribution roles. Familiarity with demand planning, procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and materials management. Excellent negotiation skills for supplier interactions and procurement activities. Experience working within retail management lightspeed a plus Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is desirable but not mandatory. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across departments such as merchandising and logistics.
