Job description SCADACore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support invoicing and shipping operations within our growing technology company. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. Role and Responsibilities: Prepare and issue monthly customer invoices Process invoices through customer portals such as OpenInvoice, JobuTrax, Ariba, or similar Manage customer-specific invoicing, adhere to unique instructions, and handle multi-provincial sales taxes. Support shipping and receiving processes Utilize UPS, Purolator, and FedEx portals to manage and dispatch shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers Process sales orders and coordinate shipping to meet customer demands Maintain accurate records for invoicing, inventory, and shipments Support general administrative and operations tasks as needed Job Requirements: Knowledge or hands-on use of SAP or other ERP / CRM platforms Experience in accounting or accounting support Proficiency in data-entry with high attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities Experience using courier shipping portals (Purolator, FedEx, UPS) Experience with invoicing and accounting portals (OpenInvoice, JobuTrax, Ariba, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Nice to Have: SaaS or subscription-based billing experience Experience working in a technology or industrial services company Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Paid time off Vision care Work Location: In person
