As a Business Banking Sales Support Specialist: You will report to the Senior Manager, Business Banking Sales Support. As a part of the Business Sales Effectiveness team, the Sales Specialist will positively influence Business Banking sales and practice management proficiency in our staff of Business Bankers. This role will be viewed as a subject matter expert on a variety of sales related topics such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Social Media and our soon to come CRM system. What you will do: Business Banking University (BBU) be the primary administrator of the BBU to ensure that it continues to become a positive resource for our staff. Responsible for the day to day maintenance and support of the BBU, including managing enrolment, live courses in flight and any after class activity such as surveys and vendor discussions. Responsible for reporting and outcomes of the BBU including arming Business Banking leaders with comprehensive reports of learning activities, identify learning gaps in our network and job families and managing successful completion of courses including any certificates and recognition pieces. Responsible to develop recommendations around increasing the visibility, and use of the BBU throughout Business Banking. Sales Effectiveness Portfolio be the subject matter expert for all sales related job aids and resources. Receive requests from our advisors around sales sheet, proposals, pitchbooks, triage and complete, engaging our marketing partners as required. Receive requests from our field for advertisements, testimonials, team or deal features, and complete. Act as a resource to both our field and the Business Banking Solutions team in the creation of compelling and vibrant RFP proposals. Often, this will include coordinating efforts from partners such as marketing or wealth, to construct a multi channel proposal to win a banking mandate with a large Commercial / MUSH prospect. Each of these will require the creation of multi media PDFs and PowerPoints, with strong use of language & copy as well as imagery. Receive requests from our field around sales related job aids, ranging from process ''cheat sheets'' to product summaries to competitive breakdowns, that will assist them in their role. Proactively identify opportunities to create efficiencies in our network and address known pain points, through the creation of smart and timely job aids. For example, we addressed challenges relating to OneCap referrals but developing ACE process job aids that allowed for proper input and management of leads, improving that process and ultimately allow more leads flow through the system. Policy & Procedure Coordinator lead Business Banking''s efforts to create, gather and manage all of the applicable P&P and Operating Procedures by coordinating with various stakeholders. Scoping Inventory all existing materials to identify gaps, and create a matrix that will include owner, stakeholders, effective date and so forth. Solicit feedback from various parties to identify needs Lead a prioritization process, along with Business Banking leadership, to create a workplan to address this area. Execution Create and lead a process to create new and edit existing, materials that includes a systematic survey of stakeholders, applying for any necessary approvals, and working with the enterprise technical writers to have this converted into formal policies and procedures. CRM & LinkedIn Sales Navigator be the primary administrator of Business Banking software, managing its use and ultimately its effectiveness. Act as the primary administrator of CRM and Sales Navigator, with an aim of maximizing the value of these tools to Business Banking. Manage our 200 licenses, both in providing to new staff, along with training, and revoking from former employees. Review usage reporting and develop recommendations to improve engagement, target challenge areas and spotlight and celebrate power users. Uncover tactics to further leverage these tools to positively impact our Business Banking scorecard. How you will succeed: The successful candidate will have a post secondary degree, ideally in Business, along with a minimum of three years experience in either Business Banking or Retail. Strong organizational skills with a methodical, detailoriented approach suited to managing a large and dynamic BBU enrolment environment. Demonstrated creativity and initiative, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose effective alternatives. Proven ability to create compelling visual and written content for social media, including coaching others to do the same. Skilled at developing posts that blend businessspecific imagery with clear, persuasive messaging that communicates Business Banking''s value proposition. Commitment to exceptional internal service, with a strong Memberfocused mindset when supporting the delivery network. Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse internal audiences. Project management experience, including coordinating multistep deliverables and managing timelines in a dynamic environment, would be an asset. Experience in adult learning or training design is also considered an asset, particularly in developing and delivering effective staff training. This role represents an existing vacancy. Salary Range: CAD $59,800 - $70,000 annually Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role''s requirements may be placed higher within the range.
