About the job Healthcare Volunteer Mentors urgently needed We are seeking established healthcare volunteer mentors from-coast-to-coast across Canada: While the majority of our IEHP clients (Internationally-educated Health Professionals) are currently based in Ontario and British Columbia, many are open to pursuing licensing pathways in other regions and jurisdictions, as well as exploring alternative (non-regulated) career paths within the health and Social Service sector. Individuals with or without a Canadian license to practice are welcome to register to take over for 1:1 and/ or group mentoring in areas including: Licensing in regulated health professions (National, or provincial) Residency and matching processes in medicine and dentistry Exam preparation -Language enhancement (Medical, Academic, IELTS, CELPIP) Alternative careers in health This recruitment initiative will take place in two phases: Phase One: One-month commitment (until late February 2026) Phase Two: Extended engagement through the end of year 2026 If you are currently employed in a health-related role, or have successfully passed a Canadian licensing exam, we would be pleased to hear from you, regardless you are in the Atlantics, Central Canada (Ontario), Prairies, or West Coast. Eligibility requirements: * Applicants with Canadian citizen or permanent resident status are preferred. * A minimum of three (3) years of residence in Canada is a MUST.
