Overview We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills to provide clients with the best insurance solutions. Duties - knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance system and rules - Conduct telemarketing activities to reach potential clients - Analyze clients'' insurance requirements and provide appropriate coverage options - Communicate effectively with clients to explain insurance policies and benefits - Handle sales administration tasks efficiently - Conduct outside sales activities to expand the client base Qualifications - good standing with insurance council of Manitoba minimum level 1 licence - Prior experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze clients'' needs and recommend suitable insurance products - Proficiency in telemarketing techniques is advantageous Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance Paid time off Vision care Work Location: In person
