What you will do:** Lead the ideation and experience design for complex web, mobile, and cloud-based solutions, setting the standard for user engagement. Define comprehensive data architecture and interfaces, guiding projects from initial vision through to production and execution. Translate business requirements into practical user experiences, crafting compelling storytelling, personas, detailed process flows, and intuitive interactions. Develop essential design assets, including user scenarios, ecosystem diagrams, competitive analyses, and detailed wireframes. Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum teams, customers, and users to inform critical decisions regarding user flows, sitemaps, layout, styling, and technical feasibility. Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, effectively presenting wireframe mock-ups and proof of concepts to gain alignment and champion the user experience vision. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related UX status updates, actively participating in stand-ups and demos. Continuously enhance design solutions by gathering live customer data, conducting market research, performing testing, and conducting interviews. Analyze industry best practices, client feedback, and market competitive analyses to identify and implement opportunities for significant improvements to the client experience, products, and tools. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., tracking tags, web trends, AB/multivariate testing) to monitor client behavior metrics and implement tags for ongoing solution optimization. Must-Have Qualifications:** 10+ years of extensive experience leading the design and execution of user experiences for complex digital products. 10+ years of proven experience collaborating with multi-member UX design teams on significant user experience-centric initiatives. 10+ years of professional experience within the software development or digital industry. 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing creative, responsive user experiences for medium to high complexity solutions. Demonstrated experience working effectively in fast-paced, team-based Agile or Waterfall development environments. Proficiency with animation software such as Premiere, After Effects, and other relevant tools. A diploma or degree (Bachelor''s or Master''s) in Fine Arts, Liberal Arts, Interdisciplinary Design, Media Arts, Computer Science (Human Computer Interaction), Interaction Design, Digital Media, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, visual design, or human-centred design, complemented by a strong portfolio. Expertise in User Experience Design, with a focus on planning user-centered products and services that promote usability and productivity. Proficiency in a wide array of UX wireframe and prototyping tools including Omnigraffle, InVision, Indigo Studio, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. Strong visual design sense and proficiency in graphic and web design principles, including CSS, HTML, web standards, and cross-browser compatibility. Expert-level understanding and application of Lean UX Methodology and Agile Workflows. Solid grasp of design theory, concepts, principles, standards, and best practices in Design Engineering. Advanced skills in Research & Analysis, including designing, analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting data from diverse sources. Comprehensive knowledge of product development lifecycle, from feasibility through design and implementation to production. Proven understanding of user-centered design techniques and a demonstrated ability to integrate UCD principles into the architecture and design of user interfaces.
