Our trailers have earned the reputation for low maintenance, minimal downtime, and excellent resale value. THE OPPORTUNITY: Do you enjoy working in a high-paced, hands-on setting? Do you have experience working in a Manufacturing environment? Would you like to be cross trained in various Production areas? If so, this could be the right role for you RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform the following functions and installations: o Electrical connections to trailer lights o Air brake lines, components, and steering o Hydraulic line, connections, pumps, valves, and cylinders o Mounting trailer tires to single, dual, and triple axles o Brake drums and ABS o Multiple types of trailer box tarps. Cooperating with team members to ensure full functionality of units and high customer service standards QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in Manufacturing environment Must pass Production Assembly Test Able to follow instructions and read and interpret blueprints Mechanically inclined and familiar with basic hand and power tools Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house programs Physically capable of climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, crawling and lifting (50 lbs) Positive attitude and team player Superior problem-solving ability Will train the right person SHIFT: First three weeks, Training - Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM After the Training, Monday to Thursday 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a great team environment with a comprehensive wage and group benefit package which includes RRSP matching and a Referral bonus program.
