Learn more at Compensation This is a full-time, 1year fixed term contract position. Total Compensation Range: $33.65 $40.87 per hour depending on experience. About the Role We are seeking a Supply Chain Program & Data Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This is a replacement position (not a new role). The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to suppliers, distributors, and cross-functional teams across our system partners. You will deliver datadriven insights that support planning, allocation, forecasting, and inventory optimizationdirectly influencing sales, margins, and operational performance across the Canadian market. Key Responsibilities Evaluate item performance and recommend reorders, consolidations, or return-to-vendor actions Forecast and recommend initial quantities and allocations for key items Partner with suppliers and internal teams on inventory planning, flow strategies, vendor capabilities, and contingency plans Build and maintain store clusters to support optimal product allocation Forecast product demand at distributor and supplier levels; reconcile with procurement Develop buy plans and allocations for initial purchases Act as a liaison with suppliers and distributors to resolve discrepancies Support cross-functional supply chain and brand initiatives Lead planning for limited-time offers, material transitions, and new product launches Monitor supplier and distributor inventory compliance Identify risks or discrepancies and collaborate on corrective actions Meet or exceed fill-rate KPI requirements Prepare dashboards and insights for leadership Support franchisees with supply chain inquiries Conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models Ensure data integrity and recommend improvements to data collection methods Contribute to business plans for new projects and digital initiatives Participate in data methodology discussions and best-practice development Other duties as assigned Skills & Competencies Strong project management and communication skills Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities Experience in inventory coordination and distribution (food industry preferred) Knowledge of supply base and quality assurance practices (asset) Experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting High attention to detail Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills Ability to work well under pressure Teamoriented, flexible, and proactive Education & Experience College diploma or university degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in food manufacturing or food service Working toward SCMP, APICS, CITT, or P.Log designation Experience with inventory management systems Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power BI Experience with web metrics or performance analysis is an asset How We Hire As part of our recruitment process, we use the LinkedIn Recruiter tool to identify and connect with qualified candidates.
