We offer a great work environment built on strong values, relationships, competitive salary, company benefit plan Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Finance, directly responsible for performing; accounts payable, invoice recording, inventory management, providing daily accounting duties and administrative support Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Basic working knowledge of accounting principles, and accounting systems Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Publisher Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Basic accounting Detail-oriented and able to prioritize Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Able to work in a fast-paced office environment with minimum supervision Able to handle confidential information professionally and in an ethical manner Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency and commitment to follow up and meet multiple deadlines without compromising on work quality Full-time, Permanent with flexible hours Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.50-$26.50 per hour Expected hours: 35 40 per week Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Work Location: In person
