Role Summary: We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In addition to traditional reception duties, this position includes providing service pricing and quotes, processing payments, and supporting the flow of work in a fast-paced automotive environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately Provide pricing information and prepare service quotes based on established guidelines Book appointments and coordinate scheduling for detailing and car care services Open and close work orders/files as required Process payments, invoices, and receipts accurately Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Support the team with general administrative and customer service tasks as needed Qualifications & Requirements: Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Experience in an automotive, service, or retail environment is an asset Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable handling payments, pricing, and customer transactions Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software If you believe you''d be a great fit for this role and our team, we''d love to hear from you.
