ROLE TITLE: DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT-CO-OP STUDENT DEPARTMENT: QUALITY ASSURANCE TERM: MAY TO AUGUST 2026 HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:00 -16:30 The Documentation Assistant (Coop Student) is responsible for supporting Quality Assurance documentation activities at the Steinbach site by assisting with the preparation, organization, distribution, and archiving of controlled documents in compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and site standards. Responsibilities: Support the preparation of Quality Documentation. Assist with archiving documents in accordance with approved SOPs, policies, and regulations, including timely filing and retrieval. Support offsite storage management and document destruction processes. Contribute to Lean initiatives and 5S principles. Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), regulatory requirements, and Occupational Health & Safety standards. Education and Experience: Enrolled in a Bachelor of Science or an equivalent program. Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience in an administrative role. Required competencies/Abilities: Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong problemsolving skills and high attention to detail.
